Ian Caldicott

Ian has a Ph.D. in biology and approaches life as a scientist. He has been working and training dogs for more than thirty-five years. He teaches herding lessons and clinics at the farm and around the west, maintains the farm's family of websites, and makes shepherd's crooks from the hedges, horn, and wood of the farm. He is also the author of Becoming a Herding Dog Trainer: The Five C's Approach, and runs the Wolston Farm trial management business.

Raven OKeefe

Raven has been an artist most of her life, specializing in pet portraits and other animal-related art. Her dog-related art appears in our store on note cards and clothing under BC Styleyes; her sheep-related art and our felted wool pieces appear under Sheep Thrillz. More recently she has been drawing totem animals in pen and ink, which show up on mugs and more.

On the farm, Raven maintains our large vegetable gardens, takes care of the baby lambs, and does much of the day-to-day farm work.
