A son of Moss and Hope Bear replaced his dad as the main workhorse around the farm when he was 4 years old. Patient and kind to his sheep like his mother he none the less had his dads power to make things move. Since he was 8 weeks old he has been completely focused on sheep. Exceptional at farm work, sheep setting and helping out holding sheep for dogs at clinics he has also been a successful trial dog. He has a very intuitive feel for his stock. He was forced to retire from trialing early because of a shoulder injury. He continued to set for a couple more years and was the best setting dog I have ever seen. At events he worked at the dogs that won nearly always had their sheep set by him.
Bears first love is farm work and sheep setting, both of which he is exceptional at. When it comes to trialing he prefers tough sheep and larger numbers but is happy to be working no matter the situation.
