Cancellation Policy

Things happen and sometimes you need to cancel your training session.    

We understand that from time to time circumstances make it necessary for students to cancel lesson appintments. We also hope that students understand that it takes time to get things ready for lessons and that the rest of the business of running the farm is scheduled around lessons. For that reason it is necessary to have the following policy regarding cancellations.

• There will be no charge for lessons cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.
• Private lessons or evaluations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of $15 except in the case of unforseable emergencies.
• Private lessons or evaluations missed without notification will result in the entire lesson fee being assessed.
• Group lesson members cancelling less than 24 hours in advance, such that the group falls below the minimum size will result in a fee of $15 except in the case of unforseable emergencies.
• Group lesson members cancelling less than 24 hours in advance, such that the group falls below the minimum size will result in a fee of $10 except in the case of unforseable emergencies.
• Group lesson members that fail to attend without notification will result in a fee of $15 unless the group size fall below the minimum in which case the fee will be $25.
• Cancellation less than 4 hours in advance must be made by phone (541-971-0372).
