Need to withdraw or change your entry?
You can manage your entries online — no need to email us.

Entering the Trial
Submit your entry through the online entry form during the entry window.
You may enter up to 3 dogs per class .
If you have a travel partner, include their name on your entry form and they should include yours. Partners are always drawn together.
If the entry window has closed, you may still submit a late entry up to one week before the trial — it will be placed directly on the waitlist.

Adding More Dogs
To add more dogs after your initial entry, submit the entry form again using the same email address .
If submitted before the entry window closes, your additional dogs will be included in the draw.
If submitted after the entry window closes, additional dogs will be placed on the waitlist.
The Draw
If a class is oversubscribed, a random draw determines who gets in — it is not first-come, first-served.
You will receive an email with your draw results for each class you entered.
If you are waitlisted, your position number will be included in the email.
Waitlist Promotion
If a spot opens up, the top handler on the waitlist receives an email with a confirmation link.
You have 48 hours to click the link and confirm your spot.
If you do not confirm within 48 hours, the spot passes to the next person on the waitlist.
Payment
Invoices are sent by email with a secure payment link (via Helcim).
Credit card payments include a small processing surcharge at checkout. ACH/bank payments have no surcharge.
Payment is due by October 9, 2026 .
Unpaid entries may be withdrawn to make room for waitlisted handlers.
Withdrawals & Refunds
Withdrawals are permanent and cannot be reversed.
The withdrawal deadline is October 9, 2026 .
If you withdraw a paid entry before the deadline , you are eligible for a full refund.
If you withdraw after the deadline , you are eligible for a refund only if your spot is filled from the waitlist.
Withdrawals within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for any refund.
All refunds are processed after the event .
About Wolston Farm
Perhaps the most fun event on our schedule the annual Boo and Baa trial at Wolston farm brings together top dogs from the region and a Halloween costume contest. Handlers and dogs are STRONGLY encouraged to wear costumes on Saturday. Prizes are given for best human, best dog and best combined human and dog.
